To start, make sure you are looking at your campaign list by clicking on the "megaphone" icon in the menu area.
1. Click on the "Start new email campaign" button
2. First, make sure to set a name or your new campaign. It will help you identify what the campaign is for at a later date.
3. Next is time to set your recipient list, here you have 3 tabs which are as follows:
- CSV Import: Use this to import a custom CSV of users you would like to send this campaign to. All you need is the persons first name, last name and email. Use this sample CSV as a template
- Contact List: Use this to set recipients from your already imported users.
- Manual Entry: Use this to manually enter your recipients
You can use any combination of these three to send the campaign to.
4. Once all have been selected you then need to click "Save and move to next step"
5. Your next step is to select a product pack, we have put together some nice packs based on different reasons to gift. Click through the questionnaire to get a list of product packs to select.
6. Once you are shown your results, have a look at the products in the pack and select a pack that best suits you by clicking "Select Pack"
7. In your next step you can now customise your message, first select your email template. As you are selecting the template you will see the sample email on the left changing
8. Once you have selected the template you can move onto the branding section. In this section you can either select to use Elliephant Branding, Your company branding or Custom Branding. We have a few articles with details to help with this step, these are as follows:

9. Next move onto your messaging options. Fill out the text box with the message you would like to be attached to the gifting email and claim page. You can also use 'merge' tags inside this message details of which are found
here.
10. Next you can set the date that the campaign should start. Tick the box to start the campaign now or set the date and time you would like the campaign to start. Once completed click the "Save and Finalise Campaign" button
11. Finally, you will be taken to the checkout page. Take the time to read through all the details and confirm that everything is correct. If there are any options that you would like changed then click on the "edit" buttons to edit the details.
12. When you are ready to finalise and pay for the campaign you can use 3 different payment options, these are as follows:
- Preloaded Credit: Use credit already loaded into Elliephant to pay for the campaign
- Request Invoice: Request an invoice for the campaign which will be emailed to you for payment. You can complete this payment via bank transfer. Once we receive the payment we will ensure that the campaign is then triggered to begin. Please note: once an invoice is requested a campaign can not be edited.
- Credit/Debit Card: Use a credit or debit card to complete the payment. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in the account and that you also have enough of a limit to process the payment.
Once you have completed the order you will receive confirmation of the order. You can also view the campaign details at any time by clicking on "View Details".
Once you have created a gifting campaign via an email (or link) you will be able to see who has redeemed the gifts under the "orders" tab in your account.
