In the "Gift this item" area of the site you have the option to enter in a global message to be sent to all of your recipients.

Within this field you can enter merge tags that will be replaced with their corresponding values as listed below:

• {first_name} : The staff or client contacts first name
• {last_name} : The staff or client contacts last name
• {full_name} : The staff or client contacts full name

Make sure that you enter it as listed above including the curly brackets "{}"
