On Elliephant, you can setup custom branding for your company, orders, campaigns and much more.
There are a few details about them that you need to be aware of.
These details apply to both the company branding options and the ad hoc options.
Before you update the branding there are a few things you will need and some details you will need to be aware of.
The 4 things you can set are as follows:
- Email Logo
- Claim Page Logo
- Primary Colour
- Secondary Colour
Email Logo
This logo will always be on a white background.
Please ensure you are uploading an image that will still be visible if it is sitting on a white background.
You can also upload an image with a transparent background.
If your logo is white, we recommend putting a background behind the image uploaded.
File types accepted as jpeg, jpg, png and svg
We recommend that this image either be square aspect ratio or a horizontal rectangle and not vertical (see example)
Uploading a vertical image will stretch out the email and make it difficult for your recipient to read.
You are free to upload any variation of a square or rectangle image but please ensure the width doesn't exceed 1000px.
