To start, make sure you are looking at your campaign list by clicking on the "megaphone" icon in the menu area.
Once a link campaign has been created, you can top up the amount of uses at any time.
You can get a quick overview of the status on the campaign list page.
Here is an example:
In this example you can see the amount from the original order and the progress.
So let's start the process of topping up the campaign.
1. Click on the "Top up link limit"
2. This will take you to a detail page similar to this example:
This contains all the details about your campaign for your review.
3. Next is to set the top-up amount, you do this by updating the value in the middle labeled "Top-up Amount"
4. Once this is done, you can then see your updated total. When you are ready to finalise and pay for the campaign you can use 3 different payment options, these are as follows:
- Preloaded Credit: Use credit already loaded into Elliephant to pay for the campaign
- Request Invoice: Request an invoice for the campaign which will be emailed to you for payment. You can complete this payment via bank transfer. Once we receive the payment we will ensure that the total is then triggered to be increased. Please note: once an invoice is requested a campaign can not be edited.
- Credit/Debit Card: Use a credit or debit card to complete the payment. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in the account and that you also have enough of a limit to process the payment.
Once you have completed the order you will receive confirmation of the order. You can also view the campaign details at any time by clicking on "View Details"

This will have updates on the status of the orders and amount paid.
